أبوغزاله وشركاه للاستشارات توقع مذكرة تفاهم مع شبكة الشاهين لتعزيز التحول الرقمي في العراق
وقّعت شركة أبوغزاله وشركاه للاستشارات / العراق، مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة شبكة الشاهين، المتخصصة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات وخدمات الاتصالات والحلول الرقمية في جمهورية العراق، بهدف تعزيز التعاون في مجال الاستشارات التكنولوجية وتطوير الحلول الرقمية.
وبموجب المذكرة، اتفق الطرفان على تشكيل فريق عمل مشترك لدراسة فرص التعاون المستقبلية في تقديم الاستشارات الفنية المتخصصة في مجالات الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات والتحوّل الرقمي، بما يسهم في دعم المشاريع التقنية وتطوير البنية الرقمية في العراق.
وتشمل مجالات التعاون إعداد دراسات الجدوى للمشاريع، والمشاركة في تقييم وتحليل العروض المقدمة من الشركات والموردين، وإعداد الخطط الاستراتيجية وخارطة الطريق للمشاريع الحالية والمستقبلية، وتقديم الخدمات الاستشارية والفنية والتقييمية المتخصصة، فضلا عن استكشاف مجالات تعاون أخرى ذات اهتمام مشترك.
وأكد الجانبان أهمية هذه الشراكة في توظيف الخبرات المتخصصة والإمكانات التقنية المتقدمة لخدمة قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في العراق، معربين عن اعتزازهما بتوقيع مذكرة التفاهم وما تمثله من خطوة نحو تعزيز التعاون المهني ودعم جهود التحول الرقمي، وتعزيز الاقتصاد العراقي.
To enhance digital transformation strategy in Iraq
'Abu-Ghazaleh &Co. Consulting' and Iraq-based Shabakat Alshaheen Sign MoU
BAGHDAD - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Iraq-based Shabakat Alshaheen for Communication Services, specialized in information technology, telecommunication services and digital solution in the Republic of Iraq. The MoU aims at strengthening cooperation in technological consulting and digital solution development.
According to the MoU, the two parties agreed to form a joint team for discussing potential future collaboration in providing specialized technical consulting in telecommunication, information technology, and digital transformation areas in a way that positively and effectively contribute to supporting technical projects and developing digital infrastructure in Iraq.
Such fields include the preparation of feasibility studies for projects, participating in the evaluation and analysis of proposals submitted by companies and suppliers and preparing strategic plans and roadmaps for current and future projects. They also include providing specialized advisory, technical, and assessment services, as well as exploring other areas of mutual interest.
The two sides emphasized the importance of this partnership in leveraging specialized expertise and advanced technical capabilities to serve the telecommunications and information technology sector in Iraq. They further expressed their pride in signing such a MoU, describing it as a step toward strengthening professional cooperation, supporting digital transformation efforts, and contributing to the development of the Iraqi econom
